This service provides personalised consultations via video or audio call to discuss individual solar installation plans and related enquiries. No advice will be provided, but Gary will share what he might do in your situation, in order to provide you with additional ways forward.
The consultation fee supports my work and will be communicated to you once your request is received. Payment details (bank transfer information) will be provided along with available dates and times for the session.
To book a session, complete the provided form with your availability. Gary will then propose a few suitable dates and times.
If Gary feels he cannot add significant value to your enquiry, he will inform you promptly and try to refer you to other helpful resources at no charge.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Gary at least 24 hours in advance. Efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
The guidance provided during the consultation is based on Gary's personal experience and knowledge in the solar industry. It is intended to give you an idea of what he might do in specific situations, and is not be taken as professional or certified advice.
Gary is not be responsible for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of suggestions shared during consultations via this service.
Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, in the event that a court or any legal authority imposes liability on Gary, his responsibility will be limited to the amount paid for the chat service. Gary will not be responsible for any indirect or additional damages, such as loss of profits or data, even if he was warned that these kinds of damages might happen.
Any information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of any consulation follow-up.
By using this service, you acknowledge that any actions you take based on the consultation are at your own risk. Gary will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of acting upon any information provided.
If you are not satisfied with the consultation, please let Gary know. While refunds are not guaranteed, he is committed to ensuring you find value in the service and will work with you to address any concerns.
